*No AGM was held in 2020 due to Covid-19

5. Questions from membership
Harbour Upgrades:
Concrete floats and piles (2020)
New concrete floats(insurance), Piles(Grants), Fuel lines, Pedestals on C dock and electrical replaced.
New Piles: (2021)
-new piles were placed over old piles on C dock (concrete floats) wear pads were replaced.
-new piles were placed over old piles on C dock fingers.
* No resolutions were considered
6.Directors reports:
– New floats and pile placement were all engineered by Janine Tannoff
– Floats and fingers have been pressure washed
– Replacement of decking on floats and fingers is ongoing
– Existing wooden floats and docks will need to replaced over the next 10 years
– Search for funding (grants) is in progress to have an engineering study done on the Sandspit Harbour and Breakwater
– Federal and provincial grants are accessible having an engineering study done will improve odds of qualifying
– New membership is needed
-Community letter to notify membership
